VideoCulture Fest 2013 – decision of organizers

Both categories in competition were brought together – i.e. movies in category under 18 years and movies in category over 18 years
These awards will be awarded:
- 1., 2., 3. award
- The special award of the jury
- The audience award – according to voting
The professional jury may not come to the united opinion, then the award will not be called
